Welcome to Catherine O’Hara Photography. By accessing this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review these terms carefully before using the website. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website.

**1. Services Provided:** Catherine O’Hara Photography offers professional wedding photography services, including but not limited to capturing images, editing, and delivering final products to clients.

**2. Booking and Payment:** Clients must book photography services in advance by contacting Catherine O’Hara Photography via email at catherine@catherineohara.com. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure the booking. Full payment must be made before the event date. Payment plans may be available upon request.

**3. Cancellation Policy:** In the event of cancellation by the client, the retainer is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may be subject to additional fees.

**4. Copyright and Usage:** Catherine O’Hara Photography retains all copyright and ownership rights to the images captured during the event. Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the images for personal use only, such as sharing on social media and printing for personal use. Commercial use of images requires prior written consent.

**5. Image Delivery:** Final edited images will be delivered to clients within a specified timeframe after the event date, via digital download. Catherine O’Hara Photography is not liable for any delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

**6. Client Cooperation:** Clients agree to cooperate with Catherine O’Hara Photography and follow any instructions provided during the photoshoot. Failure to cooperate may impact the quality of the final images.

**7. Liability:** While every effort will be made to capture all requested images, Catherine O’Hara Photography is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the fulfillment of agreed-upon services, including but not limited to equipment failure, weather conditions, or illness.

**8. Privacy Policy:** Catherine O’Hara Photography respects the privacy of clients and will not share personal information with third parties without consent. Images may be used for marketing purposes with the client’s permission.

**9. Amendments:** Catherine O’Hara Photography reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
