What a way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day!

My St Patrick’s Day was recently spent shooting the wedding of the fabulous couple Emma and Damien, in the heart of County Limerick at the recently refurbished and stunning Castle Oliver.

The bride looked radiant on the day and was helped to get ready by Chloe Madden - make up and Chelsea from Blown Away hair salon in nearby Charleville.

No detail was left unnoticed from the beautiful bouquets and flowers by the brides close friend Rebecca to the delicious food by Eunice Power.

The weather totally co-operated and sunshine dominated the day and much to my delight after a warm hour or so shooting the ceremony we were greeted outside the church with homemade apple juice from the local Ballyhoura Apple Farm.

The wedding had a very distinct theme running through it, as you will see in the photos below, and one very close to my own heart, the “theme” was also responsible for providing the transport on the day and much to Percy and Mandy’s credit they did an awesome job! (and much to everyone’s relief!)

It was a perfect day (not mentioning the Six Nations match, but that’s another story!) and later dancing to music from The Marvels and an orchestra with celebrations going on into the wee small hours, or so I’m told!

Here are a few of my favorite photos:
